Here’s the thing about the Nissei ASB 70DP: it needs a very specific kind of infrared energy. You want to soften the preform perfectly without scorching the plastic. We make sure our lamps match the original voltage and wattage exactly. Why? Because if the resistance is off, you’re asking for trouble. You could fry your power supply or end up with under-heated preforms, which means your bottle walls will be uneven. Now, high-wattage tubes are great for fast cycle times, but they put a lot of stress on your oven’s ventilation. Just a heads-up: make sure your cooling fans are clear of dust and debris. They need to breathe to handle that heat.
No-Hassle Installation
Nobody wants to spend their shift fighting with a part that doesn’t fit. We obsess over the physical details. The quartz tube dimensions and the connectors—whether you’re dealing with R7s or those specific pins—line up perfectly with your existing racks. We also use high-purity quartz. It keeps the glass from darkening too quickly, so you aren’t replacing them every five minutes. Some of our tubes even have special coatings. Instead of wasting heat on the oven walls, the energy goes exactly where it belongs: into the PET material.
