The white glass gives cleaner spectral control, which helps you shape the temperature rise across the preform wall the way you need it.&#xA;We tune the output to give a predictable temperature curve—fast ramp into the soak zone, then a stable hold—so the preform surface heats evenly before it gets to stretch blow molding.&#xA;And here is why it matters on the floor: better thermal stability in the heating tunnel means fewer hot spots and fewer cold streaks. The lamp’s geometry and power fit the OEM’s thermal design, so the heat field spreads uniformly across the preform array. That keeps bottle weight, wall thickness, and clarity more consistent, and it helps you recover cycle speed faster after a changeover. &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;Energy&lt;/a&gt; use drops, too, because the emitter reaches setpoint fast and spends less time overshooting.&#xA;Installation is straightforward on standard R7s fixtures, but alignment matters. The lamp has to seat fully and run within the specified voltage window—otherwise you’ll see uneven heating and the life will shorten. Under stable line conditions, expect a typical service life around 5,000 hours. Keep the orientation correct and keep the reflector clean to protect output stability.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
