Why “Deep Penetration” Actually Matters
Here is the thing: most standard lamps waste a ton of energy on wavelengths that plastic just bounces away. It’s like trying to warm up a room by shining a mirror at it. We do things differently. By tweaking the quartz composition and the way the filament is shaped, we push more short-wave IR output. This lets the heat dive straight into the core of the preform. It’s the only way to keep your cycle speeds where they need to be without dealing with that annoying “pearlization” or burning the outer skin.
